Introduction.
OPD (Out Patient Depatment) is a single unit that is devoted to manage out patient care in the clinic. This unit is run by two Assistant Medical Officer with the help of one PPK, one Driver and one PRA. The main service provided by OPD unit is to give curative care to the patient. Assistant Medical Officer is given full responsibilities to triage, consult, do physical examination and give prescription to the patient according to their standard operating procedure in primary health care.
The responsibilities of managing OPD is given to the first A.M.O who's also managing the whole clinic. However description of work is fairly divided among them. Each of them has their work and programs to run.

Services.
Other than giving curative care to patient, OPD unit also have severals other service such as Village Health Team (VHT), Health education and promotion, Asthma clinic, Diabetic clinic, School Health Service, On Call service. There will be more services provide in the upcoming year. Among other are Klinik Warga Emas, Adolescent Health clinic, Quit smoking clinic and more.
Scope of Service.
1. Registration;
-All customer is registered at registration counter and according to Medical Fee Acts.
-All customer must produce their Identity Card or document.
-Customer is given a number for examination.
-Customer with disabillity, the elderly, chronic patient and children under 1 is given the priority first for registration and examination.
-Patient who needed follow up treatment will be given an appointment date.
